Recruitment privacy notice
Izuwan Automobile Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “us”) collects personal information you provide directly through this portal for the Admin Assistant vacancy. This notice explains how we use it and your choices.
01. Information collected
Full name, WhatsApp number, email, current area, education, work experience, office software skills, expected salary, availability and an optional PDF resume. We also record the application source, submission date, recruitment status and internal HR notes.
02. Why we use it
To assess applications, contact candidates, arrange interviews and manage recruitment decisions. Applicant details are not used for our car sales or marketing campaigns.
03. Required and optional details
Applying is voluntary. Details marked as required are needed to assess an application; without them we cannot proceed. Uploading a resume is optional. Information comes from your form and relevant recruitment communications.
04. Access and disclosure
Authorised Izuwan Automobile HR/recruitment staff and providers supporting this portal’s hosting and secure storage, only as necessary to run recruitment. We may disclose information if required by law. Resumes are not displayed publicly.
05. Retention and protection
Application information is retained for up to six (6) months after submission, unless a longer period is required by law. HR is responsible for securely disposing of records and resumes when no longer needed. The portal restricts HR access and uses cloud hosting services.
06. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your details, or withdraw consent for further recruitment processing. Withdrawal may mean we cannot continue your application. Contact HR using the email below.

Notis privasi pengambilan pekerja
Izuwan Automobile Sdn. Bhd. (“kami”) mengumpul maklumat peribadi yang anda berikan melalui portal ini untuk permohonan jawatan Admin Assistant. Notis ini menerangkan penggunaan maklumat dan pilihan anda.
01. Maklumat yang dikumpul
Nama penuh, nombor WhatsApp, e-mel, kawasan tempat tinggal, kelayakan, pengalaman kerja, kemahiran perisian pejabat, jangkaan gaji, ketersediaan dan resume PDF jika dimuat naik. Kami turut merekod sumber dan tarikh permohonan, status serta nota dalaman HR.
02. Tujuan penggunaan
Untuk menilai permohonan, menghubungi calon, mengatur temu duga dan mengurus keputusan pengambilan pekerja. Maklumat pemohon tidak digunakan untuk jualan kereta atau kempen pemasaran.
03. Maklumat wajib dan pilihan
Permohonan adalah sukarela. Maklumat bertanda wajib diperlukan untuk penilaian; tanpa maklumat tersebut permohonan tidak dapat diteruskan. Resume adalah pilihan. Maklumat diterima melalui borang dan komunikasi berkaitan pengambilan pekerja.
04. Akses dan pendedahan
Kakitangan HR/pengambilan pekerja Izuwan Automobile yang diberi kuasa serta penyedia pengehosan dan storan selamat yang diperlukan untuk sistem ini. Maklumat mungkin diberikan jika diwajibkan undang-undang. Resume tidak dipaparkan secara umum.
05. Penyimpanan dan keselamatan
Maklumat permohonan disimpan sehingga enam (6) bulan selepas dihantar, kecuali jika undang-undang memerlukan tempoh lebih lama. HR bertanggungjawab mengurus pemadaman selamat rekod dan resume apabila tidak lagi diperlukan. Akses HR dihadkan dan portal menggunakan perkhidmatan awan.
06. Pilihan anda
Anda boleh meminta akses, pembetulan atau pemadaman maklumat, atau menarik balik persetujuan untuk pemprosesan pengambilan pekerja. Penarikan persetujuan mungkin menyebabkan permohonan tidak dapat diteruskan. Hubungi HR melalui e-mel di bawah.
